Friday · August 14

3pm to 7pm - Arrive at Camp!

We will having a welcome pool party with light snacks and invite you to arrive early if you can to get the fun weekend started early!

7pm – Cocktail Hour

For those who cannot arrive until later, you won't want to miss this! Get out of the city and get up to camp!

8pm – Nashville Shabbat Dinner

Where our story didn't start: Nashville! We'll say some prayers, enjoy a meal, and maybe some line dancing. Wear your best Nashville attire, see our lookbooks for outfit inspirations.

10pm – Startalk

If you thought there wouldn't be a star talk, you can uninvite yourself. Let's gather round the campfires and collectively ponder our place and our love in the universe.

1am – Bedtime

The groom strongly recommends not going to bed early. You are welcome to stay up later alongside him if you like.

Saturday · August 15

8am – Morning Roll Call

Trumpets will sound morning wake up. This is your 30 minute warning to present yourself at the pavilion for mandatory roll call. Attire is sporty (no lookbook provided, you can figure this one out).

8:30 - 9:15am – Yoga or Hike

Start the day right with optional (but strongly encouraged!) Yoga to stretch out and loosen up or join in our guided hike through the woods.

9am – Breakfast

Breakfast will be served at the pavilion. You'll need your energy for the day and breakfast is supposed to be the most important meal.

10am – Opening Ceremony and Games

Bring your A game, we have planned a full on Color War. May the odds be ever in your favor as we compete in field games in and around the lake.

Events may include:

  • Dizzy Bat Relay Race
  • Water Balloon Toss
  • Dodgeball
  • Kickball
  • Tug of War
  • Field Goal Kicking Contest
  • Basketball Knockout
  • Capture the Flag
1pm – Lunch

It will be hot and ready.

2pm – Final Event, Lake Swim, and Free Play Time

A mystery final event may decide the ultimate color war winner. After which, free play time! A Zip Line will be prominantly featured as an alternative way to enter the lake, an arts and crafts booth will be available for shoreside fun. If the mood strikes, a pickleball tournament may break out and/or soccer, basketball, flag football, and/or softball game(s).

5pm – Prepare for Evening

While the fun camp activities must come to an end, it is only to give way for the fun of the ceremony and later partying. See our lookbooks for outfit inspiration.

6pm – Cocktail hour

We can't possibly be married sober. Expect passed apps.

7:15pm – Seated Ceremony

The groom will lead a procession parade down to the lakefront where you will take your seats and ceremony will start promptly ahead of 7:57pm sunset. Our professional pictures will be better than your phone pictures and we want you to be present: keep your phones in your pocket/purse!

8pm – Mazel Tov!

Let's party! Dinner, dancing, and a few speeches. Please capture as many photos as you like, we'd love for you to send us what you've got at some point.

12am – Firepits and Stargazing

Self-explanatory. Reminder: it is considered good manners to stay up late into the night. When you do finally turn in, don't seek us out to say goodnight, just go!

Sunday · August 16

9:30am – Brunch

Less important than Breakfast, but somehow more important than Lunch.

11am – Goodbye

We must checkout of our rooms by 11am. When you have to go, just go! Don't feel like you have to seek us out to say how much fun you had before saying goodbye. You are our best friends and family, we'll see you again soon and you can tell us then.
