Camp Jarlee

August 14–16, 2026 · Port Jervis, NY

PLEASE NOTE: All times and events are subject to change as we approach the date, stay tuned and stay updated!

Friday · August 14

2pm to 6pm - Arrive at Camp!

We will be starting fun activities early and welcome you to arrive early to get the fun weekend started early (with lunch...Pizza!)

6:30pm – Ketubah Signing

Let's make it official in the eyes of Jewish Law! This is the only event of the weekend that is open to family only.

7pm – Nashville Shabbat Dinner

Where our story didn't start: Nashville! We'll say some prayers, enjoy a meal, and maybe some line dancing. Wear your best Nashville attire, see our lookbooks for outfit inspirations.

10pm – Star Talk

If you thought there wouldn't be a star talk, you can uninvite yourself. Let's gather round the campfires and collectively ponder our place and our love in the universe.

1am – Bedtime

The groom strongly recommends not going to bed early. You are welcome to stay up later alongside him if you like.

Saturday · August 15

8:00am – Morning Activities (optional but highly encouraged!)

Choose from a good stretch at yoga, a leisurly hike through the woods, or enjoy coffee by the lake.

9:00am – Breakfast

Meet in the pavilion: you'll need your energy for the day and breakfast is supposed to be the most important meal.

10am – Opening Ceremony and Color War

Bring your A game, we have planned a full on Color War. May the odds be ever in your favor as we compete in field games in and around the lake.

Events include:

  • Mystery Event 1
  • Mystery Event 2
  • Mystery Event 3
  • Mystery Event 4
  • Mystery Event 5
  • For those not competing, if you want to play Mah Jongg, bring your 2026 card.
1pm – Lunch

An outdoor picnic!

2pm – Free Play Time

A Zip Line will be prominently featured as an alternative way to enter the lake, an arts and crafts booth will be available for shoreside fun. If the mood strikes, a pickleball tournament may break out and/or soccer, basketball, flag football, and/or softball game(s). More Mah Jongg games will be available, bring your 2026 cards.

5pm – Prepare for Evening

While the fun camp activities must come to an end, it is only to give way for the fun of the ceremony and later partying. See our lookbooks for outfit inspiration.

6pm – Cocktail hour

Yup, doing this first. Expect passed apps.

7:15pm – Seated Ceremony

The groom will lead a procession parade down to the lakefront where you will take your seats and ceremony will start promptly. Our professional pictures will be better than your phone pictures and we want you to be present: keep your phones in your pocket/purse!

8pm – Mazel Tov!

Let's party! Dinner, dancing, and a few speeches. Please capture as many photos as you like, we'd love for you to send us what you've got at some point.

12am – Firepits and After Party

Self-explanatory. Reminder: it is considered good manners to stay up late into the night. When you do finally turn in, don't seek us out to say goodnight, just go!

Sunday · August 16

9:30am – Brunch

Less important than Breakfast, but somehow more important than Lunch.

11am – Goodbye

We must checkout of our rooms by 11am. When you have to go, just go! Don't feel like you have to seek us out to say how much fun you had before saying goodbye. You are our best friends and family, we'll see you again soon and you can tell us then.

Thanks for celebrating with us — we love you all!
